Schedule & Unit Details - Floating: Yes, per unit needs - On-Call: No - Weekends: Every other weekend - Block Scheduling: Not required - Ratios: - 1:1 active labor - 1:3 postpartum (AWHONN standards) - 48 hours/week: Not approved Requirements - BLS (AHA) - NRP - Minimum 2 years LDRP experience preferred - Must have a personal vehicle Floating Expectations Travelers may float to other Providence facilities based on skill set and patient care needs.
