Job Description:
Legacy Health, a leading non-profit health system known for
comprehensive patient care and clinical advancement, is seeking a
dedicated and experienced RN Charge Nurse ONM to join our dynamic
team. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate patient care
responsibilities while managing and directing the activities of the
nursing staff in a specific unit. This position calls for a blend
of clinical expertise and strong leadership skills to ensure high
standards of care and operational efficiency. Oversee the nursing
staff and coordinate high-quality patient care in the unit.
Implement and assess nursing processes and make necessary
adjustments to improve patient outcomes. Facilitate collaboration
among healthcare team members to ensure continuity of patient care.
Manage the allocation and scheduling of staff to ensure adequate
coverage and effective nursing service. Uphold all healthcare
regulations and standards while encouraging professional
development in staff. Engage in direct patient care as necessary
based on the operational needs. Proven ability to lead and manage a
healthcare team. Strong communication and organizational skills.
In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and best
practices. Ability to handle high-stress situations with
professionalism. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of
Oregon or Washington. BLS/ACLS certified. Certified in specialty
care as an OR Nurse (CNOR) preferred but not mandatory.
