Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Roseburg, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,521 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 9 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Roseburg, Oregon, 97471! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 9 Weeks Shift: 12 Hours Nights Hours per Shift: 36 Hours per Week Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP Must-Have: Experience in circulating and/or scrubbing in the operating room for cesarean sections. Description: Auto Offer Based on Prescreen Recommendation. Emergency License can be requested upon offer. The unit has 9 L&D beds, 1 OR suite, 2 triage beds, and 4 postpartum beds. There are approximately 850-900 births per year. Ratios follow AWHONN guidelines. RNs are required to titrate drips, including Pitocin, LR, Fentanyl, and Labetalol. Charge Nurse and House Supervisor roles are both available. OB Techs assist in the unit. There is no OB/Neonatologist in-house 24/7. The unit has 2 vents and 2 Bubble CPAP machines. Telemetry is available, and RNs read strips in the OB unit. Monitor techs are available upstairs for continuous monitoring if required. The EFM system used is GE Centricity. Yearly core schedules are in place for shifts. Weekend requirements are every other weekend or based on seniority. Holiday requirements follow ONA contracts. There is a call requirement of 2 - 12 hour call shifts every 4 weeks. The unit is closed unless emergency measures are in place. Scrubs provided in purple color. Unit-specific orientation is completed for all new and incoming employees. The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment; 3 shifts for shorter assignments. MEDITECH is the charting system used. A BSN is not required for this position.
