Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of experience in primary
care or urgent care. While Functional Medicine knowledge is a plus,

in their holistic approach. Essential Qualifications: Active and
unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (Oregon) Certified by AANP
or ANCC Minimum of 2 years of primary care or urgent care
experience An understanding of Functional Medicine concepts.
