make a positive impact. Position: Clinical Supervisor
(non-licensed) Department : Outpatient Behavioral Health Services
(OBHS) Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 pm (in-office) Salary
Range: $69,388.80 to $88,316.80 (annually). There are 15 steps on
our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine
starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and
specialty skills that relate to the job requirements). Benefits:

Clinical Directors Position Requirements: Master’s Degree in
Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field
from an accredited college required. LCSW or LPC strongly
preferred. Two years related work experience to include Crisis,
Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services preferred.
Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability
to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
Summary: The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor provides team
leadership and administrative support with multidisciplinary team
that provides outpatient clinical care in a community mental health
agency. The client population has a diverse array of diagnosis and
clinical presentations. Supervisory responsibilities include
clinical and administrative supervision for outpatient clinical
staff, new hire training, coordinating day to day work, ensuring
accountability, and tracking outcomes. The clinical supervisor is
part of the outpatient leadership team and is required to hold
themselves to a high ethical standard. Direct service (30% of work
time) consists of assessments, treatment planning, and
individual/group/couple/family therapy. Commitment to Diversity,

Clinical Supervisor provides supervision/support to assigned QMHP’s
and is directly supervised by the Clinical Director. All staff and
programs are responsible to the Agency’s Executive Director.
