Job Description Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Mobile Outpatient Care PNW Home For Life Part-Time | 10-20 visits per week | Independent Contractor | Paid per visit PNW Home For Life is a mobile outpatient occupational and physical therapy practice — not a home health agency . We provide meaningful, functional therapy in clients’ homes without the excessive paperwork, rigid productivity standards, or administrative overload that often prevents clinicians from actually doing therapy. Why This Role Is Different This role is designed for COTAs who want to spend their time treating clients , not managing endless documentation. You’ll deliver hands-on, functional occupational therapy that directly improves independence, safety, and quality of life — in the environment where it matters most. What You’ll Do Provide one-on-one outpatient occupational therapy services in the home Focus on functional, real-world interventions including: ADL and IADL training Fall prevention and home safety Strength, endurance, and activity tolerance Upper extremity function and coordination Cognitive strategies and functional task training Aging-in-place and independence support Carry out treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Complete streamlined, efficient documentation appropriate to an outpatient model Position Details Part-time: Minimum 10 visits per week Paid per visit Independent contractor (1099) position Flexible scheduling — build your caseload around your availability Clients scheduled geographically when possible to minimize drive time Why Independent Contractor?
