Physical Therapist Location: Woodburn, OR Agency: SnapCare Pay: $1,246 per week Shift Information: Rotating Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physician's treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention. Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills. Hold licensure as outlined by the Board of Physical Therapy in the employment state.
