Position Work Setting: Health and Rehabilitation Center Pay Rate:
Up to $63/hour Job Summary: SnapCare is thrilled to partner with a

Pathologist (SLP) opportunity. The SLP will provide high-quality
speech and language therapy services to clients in Health and
Rehabilitation, assessing and treating individuals with
communication and swallowing disorders. This position requires a
valid Oregon SLP license and a commitment to improving clients'
quality of life through evidence-based interventions. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate
speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities. Develop
and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
and goals. Provide direct therapy services to clients, including
one-on-one and group sessions as appropriate. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams, including educators, physicians, and
families, to support client progress. Maintain accurate
documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, progress notes, and
reports in compliance with state and federal regulations. Monitor
and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and outcomes.
Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance
communication and swallowing skills. Stay current with best
practices and advancements in speech-language pathology through
ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Language
Pathologist License from the Board of Audiology & Speech Language
Pathology in Oregon Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills Ability to
collaborate with facility staff to promote highest practicable
