Description Licensed Practical Nurse - Providence Home Health
Schedule: Per Diem Area Coverage: Salem, Keizer, Gervais, and
Turner, other as assigned Job description: Licensed Practical
Nurses (LPNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide

certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire:
Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse Within 30 days of hire: National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association Driving may be necessary
as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all
state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be
expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon
request 2 years patient care experience in a skilled nursing
facility or medical clinic. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in
