Description Hand Occupational Therapist - Outpatient at PHC
Reeds Crossing-Hillsboro - Full-Time, Day Schedule $5,000 Sign-On

provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a
wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account
individual patient's special physical or age-related needs.

as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client
independence in accordance with individual's functional level and

from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or - Master's
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or - Ph.D.
from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent
educ/experience - Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized
Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need,
or equivalent educ/experience - Upon hire: Oregon Occupational
Therapist License - upon hire: National Provider BLS - American
