Providence ElderPlace is seeking a full-time Geriatric Medicine physician to join its team in Beaverton, Oregon. This is a single, coordinated program that provides comprehensive care and social services to older patients throughout the area. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of recent clinical experience and enjoy working with a complex and diverse geriatric population. Full-time position Monday to Friday schedule, daytime hours Call schedule is 1 to 2 weeknights per month and 1 to 2 weekends per quarter Outpatients primary care setting Home visits and visits in community-based settings Guaranteed salary and quality incentives Relocation assistance is available Behavioral health and Pharmacy resources available on-site Board-certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required Geriatric or Palliative Care fellowship training is preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Where You'll Work Providence ElderPlace is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and is the first program of its kind in Oregon.
