Dates: 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16 Shift: 3x12 Night shift, ,
Variable Days of Week Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD by
unit's need Weekend REQ? Yes – up to every other weekend, TBD by
unit's need Is on-call REQ? No Holidays? Potential 7/04 or labor
day Ratios: Days – 1:7, Nights – 1:6 Years of experience REQ: 2
years First-timers accepted: Yes Certs REQ: - Oregon State License
or proof of OR License application/fingerprints required with
submission - BLS - NRP Pending License accepted: Yes - proof of OR
License application/fingerprints REQUIRED with submission Will
clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Legacy
Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the
system. REFUSAL TO FLOAT AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION
OF CONTRACT Locals accepted: NO - Cannot live within 50 miles of
ANY Legacy Facility RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be
included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date.
No more than 7 days of RTO per assignment. Guaranteed Hours:
Contracted Hours. Low Census Mandatory cancellation terms: Must
cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be
mandatorily cancelled one shift per two week pay period without
cause or penalty. Special Requirements: - Travelers are required to
complete any education assigned within one week of assignment. -
Level I Nursery experience required - LDRP experience required -
Circulate for C-section experience required - Postpartum Care
experience required Hospital Highlights - Mount Hood Type of
Facility: Acute Care Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if
applicable): N/A Total Staffed Beds: 115 Scrub Color: No t-shirts
allowed in lieu of scrubs - All units/specialties: any color except
Black or Camo - ER/ICU RN/OR/Cath Lab/L&D: provided -
Pre/PostOp: not provided Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Free in any
