Job Title: RN - Med/Surg Location: Lincoln City, OR 97367 Shift:
Days (0700-1930) rotating weekends Travel Pay Rate: $2402 weekly
($25.50/hr on w2 $1484/week stipend) Local Pay Rate: $58.50 per
hour on W2 Start Date: 07/14/2025 Job Type: 13-week Contract

facilities. Position Summary: DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: The Medical
Surgical unit specializes in the care of acutely ill adults and of
those who require surgery both emergent and elective. Medical
Surgical patients are given the highest standards of professional
care by registered nurses and nurse assistants. Specialty
certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged
and supported. Key Responsibilities: Evaluating medical
information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside
nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients. Preparing,
administering and recording prescribed medications. Changing
dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Adjusting
specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting
and recording measurements. Monitoring patients' vitals and
reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
Collaborating on discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Answering questions and educating patients and their families on
surgical procedures and post-surgery care. Required Qualifications:
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, STABLE, RN Oregon State licensed Application
