Job Description:
Providence ElderPlace is looking for an Associate Medical
Director APP or physician to take on the role of Clinical Education
Lead in Portland, Oregon. This new position is ideal for an APP or
physician with a robust background in clinical or educational
medicine, particularly with experience in geriatric care. The
individual in this role will be instrumental in shaping and
developing the position. The responsibilities are divided equally,
with 0.5 FTE dedicated to clinical duties and 0.5 FTE allocated to
administrative tasks. Key responsibilities for this role include
delivering continuous clinical training to staff, maintaining high
standards of clinical excellence, creating and implementing a
training curriculum, mentoring new providers, performing clinical
chart reviews and ensuring compliance with documentation
requirements. Providence ElderPlace is a distinctive PACE program
in Oregon, providing a wide range of comprehensive care services
for older adults, including medical care, housing and socialization
support. The program focuses on collaboration among a full
healthcare team to ensure high standards of care. What sets us
