Come join our dynamic and collaborative acute care therapy team working in the NICU, pediatrics and mother baby units. At Salem Health you get to work at the top of your license providing family centered care with an emphasis on sensory, neurobehavioral and feeding development in the pre-mature and newborn patient populations. At Salem Health you are afforded the opportunity to broaden your professional knowledge by working closely with other therapy providers, nursing, care managers/social workers, lactations consultants, neonatologists and nurse practitioners. Workdays are dynamic and fast-paced yet allow therapists flexibility within their day to see patients as they deem appropriate.Background/experience:

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience or clinical rotation in department specific area required.
• Holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required.
• Be a team player and have proven success apply team approach to obtain resolution to an issue.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills for working with the rehabilitation team and patients. About Salem Health:
