Job Description:
Seeking a competent Nurse with independent practice in a
clinical setting to provide routine and complex patient care,
demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of each
situation.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning,
intervening, and evaluating patient care, with delegation to team
members as needed.
Meets competencies such as self-leadership, team leadership, and
adherence to ANA standards.
Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and
provides patient and family education.
Utilizes critical thinking, ensures patient safety, manages patient
flow, and supports unit operations.
Follows clinical policies, maintains health records, and ensures
equipment functionality.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and
1-year relevant experience.
Full-time, varied schedule, committed to quality care and
regulatory compliance.
