  Primary Responsibilities:

  • General outpatient primary care
    
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
    
  • Minimal call - telephone only

      Required Qualifications:
      
      • 
        
      • M.D. or D.O.
        
      • Must be board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds -
        
      • Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
        
      • Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
        
        
        The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. -Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. -Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
