Requirements:
Home visits. Periodic office meetings. Must have reliable
transportation current drivers license and agency-required
liability insurance.'
Average # of patients/day: 5-6
Types of Cases: Start of Care Follow Ups
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health
Experience
Certs REQ: CPR BLS
Territory/county covering: Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles
from home clinic.
Mileage reimbursed IRS Standard rate.
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule Yes local
accepted at the same rate.
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No must have license in hand unless
license takes a few days to obtain. Then okay to submit.
Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year
Hospice experience, depending on the specialtyAbout Genie
