POSITION OPEN NOW!Slater Family Dental is a growing family practice
looking to hire a caring, dynamic, mature dental hygienist who
wants to be a part of a amazing, fun team! We offer a signing bonus
of $2000, 401K matching at 1000 hrs worked or 1 year, PTO after 90
days, and a healthcare reimbursement program of $400 per month for
full-time employees (MEC qualifications apply).To perform this job
successfully, an individual needs to be able to :- Provide
periodontal treatments to include scaling, root planning,
curettage, periodontal charting and polishing.- Provide treatment
for adult and children prophys which may include but not limited
to:- Exams, radiographs, prophy's, fluoride, and sealants.-
Document services rendered and other related information in
patients' charts following each appointment. (Eaglesoft data base
is used at Slater Family Dental)- Be responsible for proper upkeep
of operatory equipment at all times including but not limited to:-
General cleaning, sharpening and sterilizing hand instruments,
disinfectingoperatories between appointments, cleaning and
maintaining equipment related to daily functions (i.e. sterilizer,
autoclave).- Clean treatment areas at the end of each
appointment/day.- Follow all company policies and procedures paying
special attention to patient care and safety.- Act as a team
player.Certificates and Licenses:-Registered Dental
Hygienist-Radiology Certification (Employer would be open to
assisting applicants completion)-CPR Certification-Administration
License for Anesthesia-Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from
two-year college or technical schoolWork Schedule: FlexibleHours:
