Position Details

• Salary: 25.00 - 28.50 Hourly RA2
  
  Now offering shifts in the Bellingham WA area!
  
  $24-$28.00/hr (DOE)
  
  Get hired today and take advantage of our completion bonus through the end of the year!
  
  +$250/mo for working 3 shifts (minimum) a week and no call-ins.
  
  + $2 Hour (Sat, Sun) Day Differential
  
  + $3 Hour Eve/NOC (Fri, Sat, Sun) Differential
  
  JOB SUMMARY:
  
  Partnering with Radiant, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist residents with daily living activities while supporting each individual in reaching theirhealthcare goals. Radiant will provide the training and resources to keepour Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) engaged and maintain top quality skills.
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Travel to contracted locations and work assigned shifts
  • Follow each facility's policies and procedures
  • Provideresidents with routine daily nursing care and services
  • Chartall appropriate documentation
  • Maintainpatient confidentiality
  • Workwith nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
  • Communicateboth orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc
  • Fostera supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
  • Otherduties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
    • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the State of practice BENEFITS:
