We are currently seeking a licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Beaverton, OR location.

Clinicians have the option of telehealth or hybrid scheduling.

Requirements:

Doctoral or Masters degree in psychology, social work or a related counseling field

Minimum of two years clinical Independent mental health license in Oregon

Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

Solid computer and basic technology skills

Demonstrated history of professional growth and development

Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

Experience with children or adolescents

Experience with couples or family counseling

Experience with health psychology

Compensation:

W-2 compensation model
Full time employees have the ability to earn $80,000 - $125,000 for fully licensed clinicians

About Urban Counseling Collective

Urban Counseling Collective (UCC) is a premier outpatient group practice, providing services in Oregon throughout the Willamette Valley. UCC was started in July 2018 in Beaverton, OR, as a mental health-focused practice to provide high-quality care in a therapeutic and calming setting. Since then, UCC has expanded and opened another practice location in Salem to bring much-needed mental health services to the Mid-Valley region. It was established as a collaborative group practice where clinicians have the freedom and autonomy to practice at the top of their license and to help individuals and families with mental health conditions. The structure of the group practice allows close collaboration of clinicians with a range of professional interests and specialties.
