Pharmacy Account Dir. Location: Anthem's workplace of the future will be both physical and virtual with the number of sites optimized to promote access to diverse, top talent. The ideal candidate will live in Hawaii or the West Coast.. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects, and reaching internal health plan penetration goals through the use of strong consultative skills.. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:. Supports strategic renewal plan and development by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in the long-term account strategy.. Responsible for leading the identification of products/solutions and savings opportunities that meet the client needs and presenting those during QBR's.. Use influence and persuasion to gain the support and commitment of others, advocate and use relationship building to obtain support, and convince others to take action.. Assist and coordinate with internal service and operations teams to maximize success and collaboration.. Build relationships with the execute client teams as well as create and deliver executive level presentations.. Consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals and internal health plan penetration goals.. Qualifications. Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.. For URAC accredited areas, the following professional competencies apply: Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.. Preferred Qualifications:. Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial experience strongly preferred.. A Pharmacy License or equivalent service in specialty Rx arena is strongly preferred..
