products to markets across Oregon, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
We are actively expanding our reach and are seeking a dynamic and
experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our sales
initiatives and facilitate our growth into new state markets.Job
Description:As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work closely
with our executive team to steer Handcrafted Wine & Spirits' growth
strategy, focusing on sales, supplier relationships, and customer
engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include
collaborating with regional sales directors to ensure goal
achievement, maintaining and expanding supplier partnerships both
existing and new, and actively growing our brand presence in new
markets. You will play a key role in opening new state markets and
building a robust sales team and portfolio. Additionally, you will
oversee operational initiatives related to sales, build and lead
high-performing teams, and foster strong relationships with key
customers, including chains and large buying groups. Ultimately,
this role is the chief executive responsible for all sales-related
activities and market expansion efforts.Key Responsibilities: -
Lead and collaborate with sales teams and regional directors to
meet and exceed sales targets- Maintain excellent relationships
with current suppliers; identify growth opportunities and new
partnerships in untapped markets- Drive market activation and
expansion efforts, including opening new state markets, brand
positioning, and team development- Build and manage a
high-performing sales team within new and existing markets- Work
directly with key customers, including chains and wholesale buying
groups, to increase salesRequirements: - Management experience in
the alcohol industry, preferably within distribution- Proven track
record working closely with suppliers and clients- Experience with
chain accounts highly preferred- Willingness to relocate to Kansas
or Oklahoma- Ability to travel frequently to various markets and
supplier locations- Valid driver's license required- Compensation &
Benefits: - Starting salary of at least $150,000 annually, with
potential to increase based on relevant experience and proven
