Our diverse workforce and inclusive culture strengthen our organization and foster innovation.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Project Manager provides management for small to mid-scale construction projects across various markets within an assigned Region or Division. They utilize H&M's Project Management Methodology to oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring project success. Responsibilities include supporting project teams, resolving issues, managing resources, coordinating with clients, overseeing project accounting, and mentoring team members. They also manage third-party resources and project performance, and may develop proposals and assign projects.The Senior Project Manager acts as the primary contact, ensuring compliance with company methodologies and safety and quality protocols. They monitor and report on project status, participate in conflict resolution, and manage risk mitigation plans. They analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices. The role may include managing a small team or leading complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy and fostering a high-performance environment. They also oversee additional resources, including hiring, training, and assigning work.Qualifications

• Experience managing mid-scale projects and advanced knowledge of construction and utility industry practices
• Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Complex problem-solving skillsMinimum Educational Background: BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or BusinessMinimum Years of Relevant Experience: 10+ yearsBenefitsFull-time employees are eligible for our benefit plan, which includes:
