  Partner with the CEO and executive leaders to design and execute strategic initiatives that align with our mission and drive engagement.
• 
  Lead efforts to enhance youth retention and develop/support programs that attract new Girl Scouts.
• 
  Champion the Girl Scout Leadership Experience by collaborating with volunteers and staff to remove barriers and maximize opportunities for all youth Girl Scouts.
• 
  Foster a culture of philanthropy, supporting fundraising efforts and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
• 
  Inspire and develop a high-performing team, supporting staff growth and recognizing their achievements.
•

  • 13 years of total relevant education and experience, including strategic planning, HR fundamentals, conflict resolution, risk management, and budget oversight.
  • Five (5) years of experience supervising teams of at least four (4) staff.
  • Experience leading grant-funded programs and working with funders.
  • Program management with experience in curriculum development and delivery.
  • Experience with product sales, manufacturing, and/or distribution is highly preferred.
  • Experience in Girl Scouting is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve growth goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to translate operational concepts into measurable results and design meaningful data analytics efforts. Use consumer behavior analytics to drive ROI.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead transformations and inspire team buy-in, establishing yourself as a peer and trusted advisor with all constituency groups.

    • Compensation - Exempt, starting at $108,750 to $130,500 per year, depending on qualifications. Plus, $2,600 per year for Spanish language skills at a conversational level or higher.

    • Hours -
      Full-time, business hours, with some flexibility. This role requires active engagement in the community, including attending evening and weekend events and meetings.
    • Location - Regular job duties can be performed remotely (if you meet our remote work requirements), in any of our Service Centers throughout Oregon, or a hybrid setting, based on your preference. You must live in Oregon or Southwest Washington. This role requires frequent travel, up to 50% of the time, to attend out-of-office events, meetings, conferences, networking sessions, training, and other activities, including overnight and long-distance travel.
