_*Senior Project Manager Call Center Cloud Implementation*_Our client, an energy supplier and community leader, is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Cloud Software Implementation) for their Portland, Oregon location. In this role, you will provide planning, coordination, and execution of tasks and resources within the customer service and call center environment. It encompasses various aspects such as workforce management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.If you think youd be a good fit, we want to hear from you!*Pay Range: *$55.00 - $61.75*Location: *Portland, Oregon *HYBRID **Contract Duration: *5+ Months*Key Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager:** Complete the scope of the project by a defined deadline and within a set budget.* This project is currently finalizing the design (call flows and technical architecture) as well as the overall project schedule.* Kick off project implementation phase.* This role is responsible for the success of the project, measured in terms of scope, schedule and budget adherence.* Another important measure of success is alignment to desired business outcomes.* Plan and execute all aspects of the project, including core elements such as scheduling, resources, scope, budget, risk/issues, and communication.* Work closely with customer lifecycle management leadership and program manager.*Requirements/Qualifications for Senior Project Manager:** 5+ years of Project Management experience required.* Schedule management experience required.* Communication management experience required.* Quality management experience required.* Resource management experience required.* Budget and forecasting experience required.* Integration Management experience required.* Utilities experience highly preferred.* Experience with Genesys Cloud and/or telephony projects for call centers is preferred.**We are unable to accommodate corp. to corp. candidates***About Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc:*_Founded in 2006, Motus is an award-winning recruiting and staffing firm in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in professional services and technology solutions.
