Job TitleISV Program Manager Job DescriptionThe Construction and Real Estate (CRE) ISV Program Manager maximizes Sage revenue opportunities by augmenting Sage direct and channel opportunities with solutions provided by ISV/Alliance partners. This role will be responsible for driving ISV/Alliance sales and investment strategies, along with serving as the ISV/Alliance primary point of contact in three key areas - sales operations, growth consulting, and managing Sage (internal/external/executive) relationships. The ISV Program Manager will report to the Director of Alliance Strategy and will also assist in ongoing refinement of strategic direction in recruiting and onboarding of new ISV/Alliance partners. Construction software background desirable. The ultimate goal for the ISV Program Manager it to effectively participate in the strategy and selection of new 3rd-party solutions for integration to our ERP solutions, including Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, and Sage Intacct Construction. Once selected, ISV partners will be segmented into Development Partner Program/Market Place Partner (DPP/MPP) partners and partners whose solutions Sage will add to our price book, and, in some cases, be 'white labeled' under the Sage Brand. The ISV Program Manager will manage the 'onboarding' process for these solution partners, along with defining and initiating Go-To-Market (GTM) processes and activities utilizing Sage resources to maximize acceleration of getting the solutions into market. The ISV Program Manager will also work closely with the SAGE CRE Partner Growth Manager to facilitate getting Sage reseller partners (VARs) enabled successfully to sell, deploy, and implement these 3rd-party solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong and experienced relationship leader that has excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. The Sage CRE ISV Program Manager will ensure other Sage teams (e.g., Partner Enablement, Channel Executives, Education, Marketing, etc.) understand program requirements so they can accurately describe them to partners. This role spearheads 'program success and status' meetings with channel partners and other appropriate internal Sage stakeholders to ensure programs continue to meet Sage objectives.
