Job TitleISV Program Manager Job DescriptionThe Construction and Real Estate (CRE) ISV Program Manager maximizes Sage revenue opportunities by augmenting Sage direct and channel opportunities with solutions provided by ISV/Alliance partners. This role will be responsible for driving ISV/Alliance sales and investment strategies, along with serving as the ISV/Alliance primary point of contact in three key areas - sales operations, growth consulting, and managing Sage (internal/external/executive) relationships. The ISV Program Manager will report to the Director of Alliance Strategy and will also assist in ongoing refinement of strategic direction in recruiting and onboarding of new ISV/Alliance partners. Construction software background desirable. The ultimate goal for the ISV Program Manager it to effectively participate in the strategy and selection of new 3rd-party solutions for integration to our ERP solutions, including Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, and Sage Intacct Construction. Once selected, ISV partners will be segmented into Development Partner Program/Market Place Partner (DPP/MPP) partners and partners whose solutions Sage will add to our price book, and, in some cases, be 'white labeled' under the Sage Brand. The ISV Program Manager will manage the 'onboarding' process for these solution partners, along with defining and initiating Go-To-Market (GTM) processes and activities utilizing Sage resources to maximize acceleration of getting the solutions into market. The ISV Program Manager will also work closely with the SAGE CRE Partner Growth Manager to facilitate getting Sage reseller partners (VARs) enabled successfully to sell, deploy, and implement these 3rd-party solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong and experienced relationship leader that has excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. The Sage CRE ISV Program Manager will ensure other Sage teams (e.g., Partner Enablement, Channel Executives, Education, Marketing, etc.) understand program requirements so they can accurately describe them to partners. This role spearheads 'program success and status' meetings with channel partners and other appropriate internal Sage stakeholders to ensure programs continue to meet Sage objectives. Key Responsibilities--- The CRE ISV Program Manager will drive revenue growth initiatives through the execution and management of new and existing CRE ISV Partners. --- Manage business growth by providing advice and assistance to ISV partners in maximizing opportunities to accelerate the partner's business and revenue --- Build and manage the relationship with the partner as a trusted advisor --- Monitor goals set by ISV partner and Sage to increase partner product revenue productivity and hold each ISV partner accountable --- Track and communicate key performance metrics such as Product Revenue & pipeline strength, and provide course correction that allows the ISV partner to meet or exceed goals --- Collaborate with internal Sage organizations such as direct sales, product marketing and management to help ISVs execute Go To market activities --- Advise ISV partner on marketing activities and tactics, leveraging industry conferences, Sage collateral and events as necessary --- Work with ISVs to define training and certification requirements to support Sage certification standards. --- Assist ISV partner in planning for hiring needs and skillset management; ensure that partners have the right skills to be successful Qualifications: --- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience --- 3+ years of program management experience in the areas of sales, training, and/or partner development --- Understanding of the Sage Partner channel ecosystem --- Proven success working in a fast paced, mulit-tasking, deadline-driven work environment --- Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools --- Exceptional communications and organizational skills, demonstrated ability to work well in team based environment --- Strategic and results-oriented with a complete willingness to accept accountability for results Plenty of perks: --- Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably) --- Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage --- 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%) --- 32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday) --- 18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date --- 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation) --- $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date --- Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually) --- Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings What it's like to work at Sage: Careers homepage - Glassdoor reviews - LinkedIn page - #LI-ATLSD FunctionSales CountryUnited States Office LocationBeaverton Work Place typeHybrid AdvertPeople make Sage great.
