Job TitlePartner Program Manager Job DescriptionThe Construction
and Real Estate (CRE) Program Manager develops and deploys CRE
programs that build partner competency and drive revenue through
Sage Intacct CRE channel partners. These programs equip partner
teams to effectively sell and implement Sage Intacct Construction
and Real Estate solutions including ISV and OEM (Sage
white-labeled) products. Channel programs are focused on partner
enablement (including industry and product expertise), customer
retention and loyalty, new customer acquisition, and add-on sales.
The CRE Program Manager collaborates with the CRE Leadership Team
to clearly state program objectives, identify success criteria, and
define program components. This role works closely with Sales,
Education, Certification, Partner Services, Partner Enablement
teams, and/or Marketing to ensure content is developed consistent
with program requirements, that stakeholders are informed, and that
programs are successfully deployed. The ideal candidate will be a
strong and experienced relationship leader that has excellent
organizational, communication, and project management skills. The
Sage Intacct CRE Program Manager will ensure other Sage teams
(e.g., Partner Enablement, Channel Executives, Education,
Marketing, etc.) understand program requirements so they can
accurately describe them to partners. This role spearheads 'program
success and status' meetings with channel partners and other
appropriate internal Sage stakeholders to ensure programs continue
to meet Sage objectives. Key Responsibilities--- Drive Sage Intacct
CRE revenue growth initiatives through the execution and management
of CRE partner programs (e.g., SI CRE certification, Construction
Industry competency, Customer Loyalty, Partner Experience Ranking,
Global College program, partner conference content, etc.). ---
Drive partner adoption of CRE initiatives and certification
requirements. --- Collaborate with CRE Sales management teams to
ensure consistent messaging of Sage partner programs to channel
partners. --- Collaborate with CRE stakeholders to track partner
compliance with program requirements; and facilitate mitigation
plans when needed. --- Provide program data and success metrics for
partner programs. --- Work with ISVs and OEMs to define training
and certification requirements to support Sage certification
standards. --- Engage in on-site meetings and demonstrations as
needed to ensure program success. Qualifications: --- Bachelor's
degree or equivalent experience --- 3+ years of program management
experience in the areas of sales, training, and/or partner
development --- Understanding of the Sage Partner channel ecosystem
--- Proven success working in a fast paced, mulit-tasking,
deadline-driven work environment --- Strong project management
skills and experience with project management tools --- Exceptional
communications and organizational skills, demonstrated ability to
work well in team based environment --- Strategic and
results-oriented with a complete willingness to accept
