General SummaryResponsible for communicating effectively, building relationships, managing broker networks and executing business plans set forth by Regional Managers and Directors. **must be local to OhioPrinciple Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrives growth for Reser's, achieving company growth objectives.Executes business plans set forth by Regional Manager and Division Director.Strengthens and develops relationships with key contacts at new and existing accounts. Conducts effective product presentations and competitive product cuttings.Demonstrates sales success with product placement at existing and new accounts.Plans and executes mutually successful promotional strategies for Reser's and our customers.Collaborates in planning and leading of marketing events at retail level to drive Reser's brand awareness and market share. Communicates effectively and collaborate across departments within Reser's including customer service, marketing, accounting and operations.Along with brokers, executes plans for successful merchandising and schematics of Reser's product at retail level.Manages successful broker networks, including creating and executing business plans and business reviews.Job SpecificationsBachelor's Degree is preferred.1+ years' experience in account management or sales. Experience in retail grocery and/or foodservice industry preferred.Demonstrated ability to learn, seeking growth and development.Communicates effectively and ability to problem solve.Thrives within a team environment.Effective word processing and spreadsheet skills.Working ConditionsOffice environment.Travel up to 45% of the time.DisclaimerNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
