This position is on-site 100% of the time. - There are no remote/hybrid options.Our client manufactures toys in Asia and sells to zoos, museums, aquariums, outdoor/adventure retailers, national and state parks, and other tourist-centric attractions. They require a Customer Service Manager.We are currently looking for an on-site, energetic, full-time, experienced -Customer Service Manager -to oversee, support and strengthen their customer service team. The customer service team is more than a reactive call center, this team enters sales orders, tracks progress, ensures timely delivery, and accurate invoicing. The goal is to provide the industry's best customer experience, with the ambition that all customers see our client as the number one trusted partner. Additionally, the Customer Service -Manager is responsible for assisting with the execution of all practical details to facilitate timely completion on all elements of the company's tradeshow preparations, including plush samples, marketing materials, and digital communications.This position reports directly to the General Manager and will not only develop the customer service team, but work closely with sales, finance, marketing and operations to strengthen metrics to guide the company's metrics driven operations. The role will interact will all company department in US and HQ in Denmark. They are an industry leader with a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage the customer service team
  • Ensure customer orders are executed to meet expectations
  • Set and track performance targets for the team
  • Track and quantify incoming calls and support requests
  • Assist in execution of marketing and product incentives to promote sales according to the marketing plan
  • Ensure correct data in ERP system for all customers
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales and customer service administration process
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Efficiently resolves customer complaints
  • Prepare monthly reports on performance -
  • Provide the product team with customer feedback on current products and requests for new products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer phone and web engagement
  • Build an open-communication environment for the team
    Skills/Qualifications Required:
    • Work 100% on-site in Beaverton, OR in our new office near 26 and Bethany Blvd
    • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
    • Proven work experience working with Customers, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance, preferably in a wholesale business
    • 2+ years Management-level experience
    • Hands on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision
    • In-depth understanding of customer service and sales administration processes
    • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
    • Strong structure, analytical and organizational skills
    • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitudeTravel to Atlanta, GA 1-4 times per year. - Offering:
