WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As the Director of Global Location and Real Estate Portfolio, you will act as a point of connection between Nike's global business strategies and GPS real estate strategies. You will influence and enable Nike's real estate portfolio strategy through location strategy expertise and innovative Real Estate solutions! In close partnership with the GPS regions, you will understand business insights, leverage location insights and standard methodologies to define our portfolio strategy, craft the network and secure sponsorship from all relevant partners. With your strategic vision, all-round experience and influencing skills, you will lever the range of unique capabilities of GPS and partnerships across Nike to enable the workplace ecosystem of the future.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• 
  
• Building of GPS's location intelligence capability: coordinating all disparate efforts currently underway, driving strategic alignment with GPS regions on results, roles & responsibilities across internal & external partners
  
• Developing GPS's global location vision and strategy based on integrated demand view across functions & regions, strategic location insights, active portfolio management and real estate thought leadership
  
• Defining global RE portfolio reporting requirements and partnering with Workplace Intelligence to develop the roadmap for evolution of real estate reporting capabilities
  
• Creating the mechanism to consolidate & assimilate demand signals from global functions (Supply Chain, Technology, Business Continuity, and others)
  
• Cross-functional execution of GPS long-term ecosystem planning (LTEP) cycles and continuous evolution of LTEP process
  
• Functional ownership of enterprise-wide lease administration strategy & service
  
• Partner management of real estate, location intelligence and lease administration partners
  
• Mobilize support across the GPS organization as vital to build energy and traction against key ecosystem priorities and initiatives, influencing GPS functional and regional teams to prioritize targets and to integrate insights and findings in their strategies and activations
  
• Develop and manage relationships with key business partners to gain understanding of relevant information and ensure insights are incorporated into our GPS data and intelligence capabilities
  
• Supervise existing metrics and benchmarking data, proactively introducing innovation into the organization
  
  WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
  This role reports to the Sr. Director of GPS Global Operations and is a member of GPS's Global Operations Leadership Team. You will work closely with teammates throughout the GPS Regions and other members of the GPS Leadership Team as well as leaders of Nike's global functions.

    Specific work experience
    
    • 
      
    • Masters or Bachelor's degree in relevant field: real estate, strategy, asset management, portfolio management, finance, Architecture, design, business administration
      
    • 10+ years of directly relevant work experience
      
    • A proven record of collaborating and influencing in a highly matrixed organization across a variety of internal and external partners
      
    • Leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives at a Fortune 500 company
      
    • Experience in planning and implementation of portfolio strategies
      
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize and operationalize shifts in strategy
      
    • Familiarity with location intelligence tools and techniques
      
    • Highly developed communication skills - in verbal, written and graphic forms
      
    • This role may require travel to understand and influence local initiatives and partners, depending on prioritized programs
