Who are we looking for?
s a Purchasing Operations Manager, you will work with the NA
Production, Studio Management and Brand Creative teams, as well as
both internal and external business partners throughout our client,
Inc. to successfully support, streamline, and deploy strategic
insights around vendor payments and financial connections within
the organization.
You will drive the operationalization of the vendor contract and
payment process across North America Brand Creative. This involves
the workflow around SOW, Work Order, and Purchase Order process as
well as Payment Term Exceptions, engagement with your production &
studio management teams around this process, and monthly check-ins
with Finance for fiscal updates and burn report calculations.
What will you work on?
You will manage the timely creation of legal contracts, purchase
orders, work orders, SOW's and burn reports.
You will identify and provide immediate resolution on internal
customer issues and triage more complex issues to appropriate our
client Production, Procurement, Accounting, Legal and/or Finance
team representatives, expediting and escalating as appropriate.
You will meet monthly with finance and regularly with hiring
managers and producers, employing Airtable as your go-to tool for
tracking finances and updating information from our client internal
payment systems such as Coupa.
You will also be responsible for:
--- Liaising with internal and external vendors to resolve
procurement, billing and payment discrepancies, maintaining and
providing high quality customer service. Identify and recommend
process changes or solutions to prevent recurrence.

related to the procurement of goods and services, and the
requirements for hiring service providers/consultants, including
the review and approval requirements, and invoice processing.
Utilize our client procurement, financial, and accounting software
systems such as Contract Central, Cranium, Coupa, Aravo and
Airtable
ssist with special projects and reports as needed.
Who will you work with?
Your key partners will be North America Studio Management,
Production, Finance, and Brand Marketing Operations.
This role will report directly to the NA Creative Content
Production Director.
What you bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or
--- At least 3 years' experience in similar role
--- At least 2 years of experience with our client specific
procurement processes, administration, terminology, features of the
software systems and error resolution methods is highly
desired.
Duties:
Lead a team in one or more areas of marketing operations, including
analysis (metrics, dashboard), process, systems or tools Lead team
to execute marketing operations plan and roll out improvements in
area of focus Communicate focus areas and plans for area of
responsibility, based upon team feedback and marketing function
requests Develop strategies within Content and Creative Management
to influence and execute category programs across the our client
matrix to ensure excellence in brand management, asset management,
and consumer presentation. Develop plans and work assignments
against the forecasted project load Lead Marketing Ops category
projects; Lead and communicate all the details, decision-making,
and progress on key assigned high level programs. Accountable for
Category asset management Works closely with external agencies and
vendors, manage relationships and accountabilities
