Job Description:
A health care system is filling a position for a Telecommute
Payroll Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with tax agencies by completing multiple
worksite reporting
Submit 401k contributions for all US payrolls per payroll
reconciliations
Drive M&A and divestiture activity for US and Canada
payrolls
Required Skills:
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or related field is strongly
preferred
Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven payroll experience in full cycle,
multi-state processing
Knowledge of US federal and multi-state payroll laws and
regulations
CPP Certified Payroll Professional, preferred
Experience with ADP Global View, ADP Streamline, SAP, ADP E-time,
and Workday
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook
