We are seeking to hire a part-time Property Manager for a 40-unit affordable property in Beaverton. The ideal Property Manager is thorough, experienced in apartment management of an affordable property, organized, and enjoys building a positive, productive environment for residents and co-workers.

Workdays: Negotiable (M-F). Up to 24 hours a week
Pay: $25.00 an hour
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement travel is offered in this position.

Responsibilities for the Property Manager
Office management
Supervision of maintenance staff
Completion of income certification paperwork
Resident relations
Coordinating with vendors and case managers
Maintaining resident rental records. As property manager you would be the first point of contact for most residents, caseworkers, visitors and others.
Available for scheduled on-call hours.

*A pre-employment background check is required on all final candidates.*

Requirements:
Requirements for the Property Manager
Two (2) years of Property Manager experience is required.
One (1) year of affordable property management (HUD) experience is required.
Knowledge of Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws is required.
Knowledge of Fair Housing is required.
Exceptional time management skills.
Strong communication and written skills.
