b"Contract Manager/nJob ID/n94101/nPosted/n11-Nov-2022/nService line/nGWS Segment/nRole type/nFull-time/nAreas of Interest/nAdministrative/nLocation(s)/nBeaverton - Oregon - United States of America/nJOB SUMMARY/xc2/xa0/xc2/xa0/nThe purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate the fulfillment of the organization/xe2/x80/x99s contract requirements, and to manage the sourcing, procurement, and management of suppliers and vendors in support of the delivery of real estate, facilities, and project management services./nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/xc2/xa0/xc2/xa0/nResponsible for designing and implementing sourcing strategies and procurement plans to support account, corporate and client strategies and objectives./nReviews, drafts, negotiates, maintains, interprets, and analyzes contract and service agreements to ensure the terms comply with legal, guidelines, contracting principles, cost constraints as well as with corporate and client procedures./nManages the supplier performance management and development program as well as supplier business reviews./nDesigns and manages the RFP processes to support program goals and requirements. Works with internal and client stakeholders in establishing, managing, creating RFPs and analyzing purchasing projects./nResponds to customer inquiries pertaining to modifications of existing contracts and to facilitate all phases of contract management./nPrepares and evaluates proposals for new or continuation of existing contracts and makes award recommendations./xc2/xa0/nNegotiates and interprets contracts, and monitors fulfillment of contractual obligations/nAnalyzes amendments to existing contracts or requests for extensions./xc2/xa0 Provides recommendations of approval or alternation solutions to senior management./nInterfaces with the Accounting Department on invoicing and insurance issues./nAccountable for administration and execution of Supplier Performance Management Program./nOther duties may be assigned./nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/xc2/xa0/xc2/xa0/nProvides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information./nAbility to respond effectively to sensitive issues./nFINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE/xc2/xa0/xc2/xa0/nRequires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis./nREASONING ABILITY/xc2/xa0/xc2/xa0/nAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills./nOTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES/xc2/xa0/xc2/xa0/nIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of contracts database systems, software, modules, etc./nSCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY/xc2/xa0/xc2/xa0/nDecisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines.
