A global Sports Brand is seeking a Project Manager to manage designated workstreams for a leading Basketball brand. Contract role, Hybrid to Beaverton, OR - Apply Today!The ideal candidate will manage designated workstreams for Brand Marketing in North America. The Project Manager is a key operational partner to Brand Management, Integrated Media and Consumer Direct Marketing, coordinating the health and status of key projects. As project management professionals we are highly organized, efficient and results driven. An expert in managing marketing projects and cross-functional team management, balancing the strategic tactical needs of execution with the communication skills required to handle project desires and realities.What will you work on?As a Basketball-Brand Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading, tracking and delivering seasonal workstreams. - You play a supporting role in the consumer code process from Seasonal Kick-off to execution, working closely with all cross-functional partners, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope and on brief through the Marketing Review process. Partnering closely with Brand Planning, you will be defining the scope of delivery, communicating budget and timelines in partnership with Studio Management. As you manage creative workstreams, you will elevate risks to appropriate team members. You will build relationships across the brand marketing matrix and will contribute towards project management strategy to continuously improve the way we work.Who will you work with?You will be part of a project management team alongside other Project Managers and Coordinators, you will partner with Brand Planning, Studio Management and Agency Production counterparts so that work is organized seamlessly for successful execution. You are the key operational partner to the leader of your specific accountability. You will work closely with brand marketing, consumer direct marketing and business functions such as Finance, Legal, BA, Procurement, the Product Specialist COE.Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for Brand Marketing Operations workstreams in Airtable
    • Assist in the development of Seasonal plans including strategic input and presentation building
      • Create systems, processes and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability and service.
      • Lead Mktg Ops Category Projects and manage project budget and timelines.
        • Manage end to end project workback schedule partners with key collaborators.
          • Leverage define metrics and project relevant metrics to assess return on investment
          • Drive clear and efficient process for enhancement or creation of additional assets for marketplace execution as needed make changes to processes, procedures to find efficiencies.
          • Manage category assets.
          • Develop plans and work assignments against the forecasted project load Works closely with external agencies and vendors
          • Drive execution to the territory consumer, throughout the marketing process
          • Ensure consistent & efficient delivery/sharing of Category content from global to Geo or Geo to territory marketing organizations, through defined tools and processesRequirements: - -
            • Bachelor's Degree or Project Management Institute Certification -or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
              • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated Operations excellence
                • A history of success and experience delivering multi-dimensional marketing and creative projects
                  • Brand Marketing operations knowledge, from brand design to retail and event production,
                    • The temperament of a leader: flexible, resilient, empathetic and outspoken
                      • Category experience preferred.
                      • Demonstrated financial/budgeting accountability
                        • Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders A committed personal passion for storytelling
