The Opportunity:

As the Employee Engagement Project Manager you will play a critical and highly trusted role in telling the story of Fisher Investments, who we are, what we value and our culture to employees and candidates. Reporting to the Employee Engagement Team Lead, you will learn the creative process while collaborating daily with copywriters, designers, program managers and various stakeholders across the organization on different projects at a strategic level. You will work directly with leaders across the firm to coordinate and facilitate our communication plans and assist with branding projects while building processes, content archives and more. Through this experience you will develop an understanding of Human Capital, integrated talent management, our employee value proposition, our culture and our employer brand.

The Day-to-Day:
Oversee project management process (scrum board, project management software JIRA---)
Oversee technical and change management projects, our marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Oversee expansion of JIRA and Project Management best practices across Global Human Capital
Project manage advertising and other marketing materials for Human Capital
Manage the communication plans for new Human Capital initiatives partnering with groups like Organizational Development, Learning and Development, HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing
Communicate with business leaders and stakeholders, updating them on the creative process and facilitating approvals as needed
Your Qualifications:
7+ years Project Management experience; waterfall and Agile methods
Ability to communicate complex messages in writing and verbally
Understanding of Benefits Realization Management preferred (i.e., managing to the true impact of a project)
Experience with process mapping
Ability to collaborate with business partners, graphic designers and writers to guide deliverables
