      The Director of Finance leads the activities of the US and group finance and accounting function, including General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and credit, costing and financial planning and analysis. This role is critical to developing an organization that delivers the highest level of financial support to the business. Successful candidate will have a broad base of experience across finance and accounting disciplines, excellent leadership and communications skills, and a keen focus on continuous improvement and development of scalable processes.

      Essential Functions:
      • Lead and develop a high performing accounting and finance team to achieve department and business goals
      • Develop and implement scalable business and accounting processes and policies that support business growth
      • Oversee financial close activities, ensuring timely delivery of consolidated financial statements to internal and external stakeholders
      • Provide financial analysis, commentary, insight and guidance to senior management on key financial metrics and decisions
      • Coordinate US tax and consolidated financial statement audit processes with outsourced partners
      • Manage the cost accounting and operational finance teams
        • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for the finance department
        • Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes for the company
          Qualifications, skills and experience
          • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
            • Broad base of experience managing general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury functions
            • Minimum of fifteen (15) years accounting experience with at least five (5) years of management experience
            • Demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills
            • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
            • Strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and working knowledge of International Accounting standards
              • Previous experience within a multinational enterprise and finance function strongly preferred
              • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
              • Ability to communicate effectively with all functions in the organization
              • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite with advanced working knowledge of ExcelWork Environment:
