We are looking for someone with a passion for data and analytics, an unwavering curiosity to learn, dig, and uncover interesting insights to fuel our decision making as an organization, and can communicate and partner effectively across a matrixed organization.

You will be responsible for developing robust visibility to spend and supplier information to fuel smart, data-driven, and meaningful business decisions within the Procurement organization. You will support teams across industries, inform our category strategy around the NIKE supply chain, and improve the analytics across the Nike business. You will research, develop, and test data models and optimization systems, processes and tools to enable best practice and results. You will directly support category leaders and connect all other digital transformation capabilities to the pillars/categories as the face of the function in their teams.

Keys to success are the ability to work as a selfless collaborator on a small team, partner with multiple stakeholders, use systems thinking to frame-up and solve problems, and communicate complex ideas in simple ways. Experience with complex data and analytical models and the ability to distill complex information into relevant actionable insights is a requirement. Experience with complex data and analytical models are a must.

Own, execute, and drive insights for Global Procurement teamBring creative solutions to ways to structure, visualize, and think about complex problemsCollaborate with key stakeholders to gather analytics inputs and ensure business alignmentPartner with Market Intelligence team to understand relevant macro and micro market trends and forecasting methodologiesCollaborate with partners to translate goals and objectives into projects and timelines with associated deliverablesPresent technical data effectively in both oral and written formats to a wide variety of usersProactively manage multiple projects through business prioritization and active communication with key stakeholdersPresent data in a visually compelling way Provide thought partnership and help across other Analytics pillars of work

Bachelor's degree in Macro Economics, Math, Supply Chain, or related field of study. 5 years experience in Analytics/insights/market intelligence roleAdvanced Excel skills; preference from candidates comfortable with dashboarding tools and an programming language Must be flexible, adaptable and resourceful and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentCloud reporting experience desired but not requiredAnalytically strong, detail oriented with strong organizational skillsExcellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to network, influence, and inspireCurious, hungry to learn, and a desire to improve Limited overseas travel may be required, up to 5%
