Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-in-class technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future. As our SEC Consolidations Process Manager, you will report to the SEC Consolidations and Intercompany Director and will serve as a process expert for Nike's consolidations solutions. You will be responsible for delivering system and process design in support of implementing a future financial consolidations system that will serve as Nike's external book of record. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert in support of cross-functional SEC work and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Deliver work in alignment with business requirements and SAP leading practices for the implementation of Nike's future consolidations solutionDeliver business insight based on experience and leveraging subject matter authorities across the Nike Controlling and FP&A communities.Develop and leverage a strong understanding of intercompany accounting, management and external reporting, cash flow preparation, and other concepts related to financial consolidationsDrive partnership and collaboration with working teams, including Business Subject Matter Authorities (both inside and outside the SEC Program), Nike Technology, Transformational Change Office (TCO), External Implementation Partners and SEC Program Leadership
COMPETENCIES
Ability to establish and maintain strong team relationships while driving and influencing key design decisions that deliver to future state business capabilities Facilitate and support delivery of SEC program deliverables and milestones Act as liaison between business and technology authorities to ensure technology solutions deliver against specific business requirements Ability to communicate complex concepts through storytelling and strong communication skills

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field with an emphasis in finance, accounting or economics. MBA, CPA certifications are a plus. 2+ years extensive experience in financial consolidations for a multinational company5+ years extensive experience in finance and/or accountingKnowledge of SAP consolidations solutions (ECCS, BPC, Group Reporting) preferredAbility to work in a deadline driven and ambiguous environmentStrong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layersExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentationsStrong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audienceAbility to translate complicated problems into concise and compelling messaging for stakeholders and leadership, driving timely decisionsStrategic thinking and creative problem solving
