DESCRIPTION
As Director of L&D, Employee & Career Development, you will be responsible for establish world-class strategies and solutions to enable employees at Nike to develop the core and critical competencies needed to drive their own and Nike's future growth. The key focus areas of this role are upskilling and reskilling to enable Nike's digital transformation, and the development of individual contributors and early career talent to enable long-term career growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with a team to develop leading edge strategies, frameworks, Kand solutions in service of developing Nike employees, including:

- Upskilling and reskilling in support of strategic transformation

- Strategize and activate and/or leading edge technologies to support learning in the flow of work and personalization of curriculum such as: Learner Experience Platforms (LXPs), EPSS (Employee Performance Support Systems), VR/AR, etc.

- Strategize, design and execute curriculum and product strategy for the modern learner - multi-channel learning, micro-learning, experience design, etc

- Ensure accessibility to learning solutions for all employees globally - partner with Learning Technology team to shape a digitally enabled learning experience that supports contracted, hourly, HQ and field based employees

- Partner with L&D partnership and delivery teams to ensure effective launch and sustainability of new solutions

- Monitor qualitative and quantitative feedback and insights to continually improve learning experiences vs intended outcomes

- Lead a team (direct; indirect and dotted line) to optimum performance

- Partner with and lead x-functional teams

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Masters level qualification or experience in OD or Adult Learning

- Deep understanding of pedagogy, practices & trends in Employee & Career development

- 7+ years' experience leading L&D teams both in design and delivery of learning; ideally for leading global consumer brands; with a focus on broad-based employee development at scale

- Expertise and experience in digitally-enabled learning, content management and micro-learning solutions

- Experience in enabling total-company business transformation through learning and development on a global scale, with a strong focus upskilling and reskilling for a digital workforce

- Deep experience in leading agile, x-functional global project teams
