The Nike Marketing Product Personalization, Media, and Attribution team delivers what only Nike can do: create interest, drive participation, and alert athletes of the best products to participate in Sport*. The Nike Marketing Product team is inventing the future of marketing technology around automated, personalized athlete-centric end experiences. The Director of Product, Marketing and Media Analytics will own capabilities and integrations to help the Marketing Analytics and Media teams plan, publish, and measure campaigns. The Personalization, Media, and Attribution team leads tagging strategy, ensuring data is captured across all owned (e.g. apps and web) and operated (e.g. social and search) channels. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Media, Brand Marketing, Social, Digital Product, Enterprise Data and Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and Design. This role utilizes a strong analytical background with a passion for executing scalable media solutions. Success in this role means maximizing the value of our investments in order to drive impact for the worldwide Nike brand and most importantly Nike members.

Responsibilities:

--- Tagging management: Build a strategy and implement a solution for end to end metrics management across our Media business team, agencies, science team, and app teams. Enable the science and analytics teams to be able to report on ROAS on an ongoing basis. Be an end-to-end channel owner which includes tracking, measurement, attribution, optimization, reporting and automation across both web and apps.
--- Experimentation strategy and setup: Partner with marketing, digital product, and engineering to set up experimentation mechanisms and a methodology.
--- Strategy: Work with Media, Brand Marketing, Digital Product, and Engineering to ensure the media strategy ladders up to Nike product and marketing planning strategy. Create mechanisms including integrations into Planning and publishing tooling to automate steps in the strategy execution.
--- Operational excellence: Partner with marketing and Nike Direct Digital Consumer operations to track, measure, and drive efficiencies in marketing operations across Planning, Globalization, and Publishing of content.
--- Technology leadership: Partner with Media leadership to research and evaluate growth opportunities, prioritize the most impactful projects based on expected outcomes, and evaluate engineering and data science requirements for projects.

--- 8+ years of experience in Product Management in a consumer-facing digital commerce setting required
--- Proven results in growth and/or brand marketing across social, digital, and programmatic media
--- Experience working with an internal media team and media partners and agencies
--- Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions), Facebook PowerEditor (or FMP), DV360, Google Ads, DCM (Campaign Manager) and SQL.
--- Additional experience in Digital Commerce, Strategy, Management Consulting a plus
--- Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling (Dynamic Creative Optimization, Catalog Management, etc) and experiment design and implementation
--- Experience with hands-on development, operations, management, and optimization of large-scale online acquisition campaigns (not agency managed)
--- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations; experience with modeling, multivariate testing, and statistics
--- Ability to drive initiatives involving cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and excel in the face of ambiguity and with a strong Enterprise mindset
--- Comprehensive understanding of the digital and retail market landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens
--- Previous experience with SQL, database architecture, and building BI tools a strong plus
