WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred10+ years' progressive recruitment experiences with experience supporting enterprise (preferably US Domestic and International) businessExcellent written/verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, and ability to creatively seek viable solutions to different situationsUS Domestic and International experience preferred Awareness and sensitivity to successfully work with diverse groups of peopleHigh degree of organizational awareness and ability to work across and leverage matrix relationshipsDemonstrated experience building and leveraging business partnerships that drive resultsExcellent time/program management skillsHigh degree of independent decision making and problem-solving capabilities Ability to handle multiple priorities with aggressive timelines and flexible enough to quickly adjust and respond to multiple changesStrong assessment skills with business and talentAbility to be innovative and offer up creative solutions to changing business needsDemonstrated influence skills and ability to work across a wide range of cross-functional stakeholdersExperience with store and digital retail recruitment strongly preferred Ability to quickly learn and stay current on industry and marketplace trends Solid presentation and facilitation skillsHigh degree of resource efficiencyRetained search experience with a recognized global search firm preferredretirement plan, casual work environment and a host of other perks we don't have room to mention here.
