Nike's HR Global Analytics function is a growing team responsible for building and deepening a holistic view of Nike's workforce through data and analytics and applying those insights to inform the development, evolution and transformation of our workforce. Using channels ranging from qualitative to quantitative, and data across all facets of HR, our team connects the science and art of Nike to the hearts and minds of our teams around the world.

We are looking for a leader to accelerate our Workforce & People Data and Analytics strategy. You'll be at the center of a broad range of data spanning across all areas of HR and you'll be responsible for creating and owning our data strategy - ranging from what solutions need to be delivered to unlock data to what key data sources and domains are required and by when and how we govern them. You'll be the key data expert supporting, and powering, these strategies.

You're someone who has a deep passion igniting business decisions and actions through data, for introducing new and relevant data products through expert knowledge in how to leverage emerging data technologies, and a vision for how HR analytics can impact one the of world's most prestigious brands and its workforce.

You will become an invaluable partner to our analytics leadership team by crafting and delivering our data roadmap and governance strategy and you'll work across our analytics teams to ensure there is a collective and holistic view to your work.

You will think broadly and creatively about the role of talent and HR analytics at Nike and how data and insights can be used to help the entire company.

The ideal candidate excels in a cross-functional team environment and thrives in a fast-paced organization where there is an opportunity to make a positive impact. In this role, you'll work across multiple HR and enterprise functions and can easily translate business opportunities back to data. You can see how we can leverage and extract maximum value from our data assets, translate that into a roadmap and inspire a team to deliver.

Keys to success include a deep background in HR Data and Analytics and a strong understanding and curiosity of how HR value is created at a company like Nike. This position requires a positive, enthusiastic team player with strong hands on HR analytical experience, drive and creativity. Your knowledge, passion and experience help you prioritize and overcome blockers and guide the work of others on your extended team. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and you are excited by the challenge of bringing complex data to light. You ask questions, are continually learning as well as finding opportunities to share knowledge with others. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.8-9 years of relevant professional experience with, ideally an emphasis on HR and Talent analytics.High business acumen, with an affinity for data exploration, analysis, and working with business intelligence tools and large amounts of data.Strong history of analytical team leadership, communications and building collaborative business partner relationships.Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and strong social skills.Strong project management capabilities to manage multiple project streams and complexity; propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way required.Experience in crafting and delivering data solutions across multiple solutions (including sources from SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo etc.,) and producing results through Cloud technologies (S3, AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, D3 etc.,).Proven track record in establishing Data Governance programs
