As the Connected Product Process Manager, you will lead efforts to promote inventory excellence, shipment quality reconciliation and communication between Nike and our network of warehouses and distribution points globally to capitalize on Nike's investment in RFID technology. The role is equal parts business process and solution design, program management, and execution. A true cross-functional role, you will lead efforts across Nike's teams in Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, Technology, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Marketplace Operations and Commercial Finance to meet operational and financial objectives for the Connected Product Program.

Reporting directly into the Connected Product Program, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex operational, technical and / or organizational problems and presenting opportunities and solutions to leverage data and insights from RFID and / or other sensing technologies to help make interoperability between Nike and our trading partners easier. You will partner with Connected Product functional work stream leaders to drive seamless solution alignment across the enterprise globally.


- Design processes and tools to support inventory excellence and interoperability between Nike and our trading partners

- Help develop and drive RFID-based shipment quality and reconciliation improvement efforts globally

- Identify day-to-day process efficiencies opportunities within Nike to leverage RFID-based information

- Create cross-functional operating model to deliver on shared operational and financial objectives

- Manage scope, schedule, costs, and risks

- Partner with Transition (Change) Management teams to measure and demonstrate that process changes and solutions have been adopted by the operational teams in the field

- Communicate the Connected Product Process strategy and activation plans, through both oral and written executive-level presentations

- Build and maintain solid knowledge of related industry-leading solutions for inventory excellence and trading partner interoperability


--- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 2 years professional experience. Two additional years' experience in lieu of an advanced degree
--- Ability to entrepreneurially develop strong and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers to drive results

--- Critical problem solver, with ability to break down and simplify ambiguous problems into executable milestones & actions

--- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to define and execute against a common goal

--- Proven ability to effectively scope and execute projects end-to-end and to lead senior cross-functional team

--- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior leadership

--- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Mac's Keynote

--- Experience working successfully in a team oriented, highly matrixed, complex work environment
