Job Description Job Description Job Title: Cables Assembler Job Description The role of Cables Assembler involves assembling wire cables using small hand tools and following detailed instructions. The assembler will identify, locate, and pull various cable and cable components, cut and label cables per work instructions, and use a heat gun to shrink sleeves onto cables. Tools such as crimpers, pliers, and screwdrivers will be used regularly. Responsibilities Assemble wire cables using small hand tools. Follow detailed instructions for cable assembly. Identify, locate, and pull various cable components. Cut and label cables per work instructions. Use a heat gun to shrink sleeves onto cables. Operate tools such as crimpers, pliers, and screwdrivers. Essential Skills Experience in assembly, production line, or manufacturing. Mechanically inclined. Ability to stand for the majority of the shift. Attention to detail. Computer skills. Ability to follow instructions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in electronic production/assembly. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
