Must-Have: C-arm, OR experience and fluoroscopy experience required
Description: This position requires floating between different
units. On-call is not required. Weekends are required, specifically
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Block schedules are required. The
expected patient to staff ratio is 1:1. Special requirements
include working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 AM to 7:30 PM.
A total of 40 hours of orientation is included. Travelers may float
between nearby facilities as needed. References are required from
two supervisory individuals covering one year of experience.
Specific charting experience with Epic is required. All candidates
must commit to working three of the five major holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New
Year’s Day. Requests for time off must be submitted upfront during
the application process. Inflexibility beyond the contracted
schedule may result in termination of the contract. Travelers may
be expected to have communication devices provided by the client as
needed to perform assigned duties.
