North America Supply Chain Performance & Reporting provides the visibility necessary to make operational decisions and constantly pushes for ways to make Nikes supply chain faster, more efficient and more responsive to Nikes always-changing consumer needs.As a Product Manager within Nikes Supply Chain, you will play a lead role on a team of cross-functional partners, data engineers and analytics professionals to identify, scope, suggest new opportunities, and execute high-impact projects.Who we are looking forWere looking for a collaborative teammate and product evangelist who is ambitious and unconventionally curious. The ideal candidate has an understanding of agile methodologies and will serve as an advocate for the products they manage.What you will work onYou will be a Product Manager who can not only describe the product but also explain its value, how it works, how it is adopted and can speak to upcoming changes. You will write and refine stories for clarity, business value and acceptance criteria. You will work with Product Owners to prioritize product functionality, represent stakeholders and report on cost and scheduling status.You will assist with analysis to determine how features are performing and will advise on course of action. Youll understand the Product Roadmap, call out and remove roadblocks, triage defects and provide clarity to customers on issues when appropriate.Who you will work withYou will work with a team of Engineers, Architects, Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate needs from a variety of partners within the Marketplace Operations, Distribution and Transportation teams. Youll also work directly with customers to capture details of feature requirements, understand use cases, test hypotheses, and share results.You will also work with a variety of partners across Nike Technologys Enterprise Data & Analytics team to understand the data landscape and convey Supply Chains priorities for any ingestion or infrastructure collaboration.What you bringWe are looking for world class talent that brings the following key skills and experience to this role:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area5 years solution development and technology experienceProven ability to deliver on commitmentsUnderstanding in agile principles and the Scrum development processStrong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability of working well within a teamAbility to influence outcomes across highly aligned, loosely coupled teamsAbility to define solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibilityComfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentPractical approach to solving complex problems with ambiguous requirementsNIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
