Position Description: As Office
Administrator, you are responsible for the day-to-day basic
activities of the NW 21st Portland office. This location hosts our
Portland based Construction team, our Architectural/Design team and
our general operations such as Accounting and Marketing.Main Role &
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, guests, trade partners, delivery persons and
employees
- Answers phones and redirect messages by phone, text/DM and
email
- Assist with meeting organization and coordination
- Order and restock supplies
- Check mailboxes; scan/sort/file/distribute
- Provide remote office support for our other locations in
Dundee, Cannon Beach, Newport, and Bend.
- Tidy & direct cleaning crew duties. Maintain culture of fun
seasonal themed d--cor.
- Lite general data entry support including our CRM
- General support for accounting team
- Field and redirect general questions from employeesSuccess in
this Role:

skills

- Mastery in efficiency and creative in solving problems

Category: Administrative Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in administration
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, Adobe, Sharepoint, Cosential or
similar CRM
- Must report in person Monday-Friday to NW Portland office
location to perform duties
- Driver's license required for company errands
- Strong ability to remain calm while balancing multiple
tasks
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Entry level Accounting or Marketing experience a plus
