Job Description:
As a Client & Administrative Coordinator, you will:Coordinate
and implement the business and administrative functions for
clients.Maintain a welcoming, hospitable reception area for
Hazelden Betty Ford visitors, clients, and staff to ensure that a
positive image is projected of the organization and quality
customer service is provided.Receive phone calls for site, screen
calls, and handle routine inquiries or transfer to appropriate
staff.Maintain client safe-keeping and petty cash box.Provide
overall customer service to clients and visitors.RequiredHigh
school diploma or equivalent experienceThree years administrative
experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficePreferredVocational or
